Notice is hereby given that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING has been scheduled for the date and time as stated hereunder:
DATE: Thursday, June 25, 2026
TIME: Registration begins at 6:30 p.m. The meeting itself will begin at 7:00 p.m.
LOCATION: Carnmoney Golf & Country Club, 44001 Dunbow Road, De Winton.
At this time, we are seeking nominations for the AHOA Board of Directors to include in the formal AGM Notice of Meeting package to be distributed to owners prior to the meeting date.
If you are interested in joining the Board of Directors, please submit your information and a short bio to SL@threebythree.ca by Wednesday, June 10, 2026, for inclusion in the notice of meeting package. The formal AGM notice and relevant documents for the meeting will be sent to each owner prior to the meeting date.
If you have any questions about joining the Board and what that entails, please reach out to SL@threebythree.ca. Should the meeting need to be rescheduled, prompt notice will be provided.
