On behalf of the Board of Directors, we are writing to advise of upcoming projects which will be completed during the month of October:
- Holloway Paving will begin pathway repairs on October 15th (weather dependent). The repairs are estimated to take 3 days to complete. During this time, areas of pathways will be closed in order to complete the repairs. The areas being worked on will be clearly marked with signage provided by the contractor. More information regarding the contractor’s scheduling and locations will be provided as it becomes available.
- HMC Contracting is preparing to stain the pavilion and this will continue in October. During this time, the pavilion will not be in use. Scaffolding and construction equipment will be on-site while this work is completed. This work is also dependent on favourable weather conditions.
The contractors are committed to minimizing the impact on residents as much as possible, however, we request that residents use extra caution around areas of construction and be aware of mechanical equipment in and around the property.
