Residents may be interested to know that an update has been provided regarding the proposed land use strategy for the Serenity Phase III & IV development.
Following meetings with the Homeowners Associations and the recent community open house, a revision has been made to the proposal for Phase 3B. The area that was previously proposed as RMF (Residential Multi-Family District) is now proposed as RC (Residential Community).
A letter outlining the change, along with a revised site plan, has been distributed to residents within a half-mile of the development site and throughout the Hamlet of Heritage Pointe. We are sharing this information with the Artesia community so residents are aware of the update.
