Reminder: Irrigation Winterization Begins Sept. 30th
On behalf of the Board of Directors, this notice is a reminder to owners that Bradbosh Landscaping will begin winterizing the AHOA irrigation system on Monday, September 30, 2024.
The AHOA irrigation water will be turned off on September 30th and Bradbosh will complete a blowout of the system with compressors. During this time Bradbosh will inspect the system and all point of control (POC) boxes – entry to yards will be required in order to complete this. This is expected to be complete by October 4th.
Please ensure that access to yards is provided so that this work can be completed as scheduled.
Homeowners may begin scheduling their residential blowouts and winterizations from Saturday, October 5th, onwards. We remind all residents to use caution when around areas where the contractors are working.
